Some of the key innovations include a new type of plastic materials made from capturing carbon dioxide and methane greenhouse gases from the atmosphere; “intelligent” window glass that eliminates the need for window shades; and a system that can be installed in restaurants to grind food wastes into a product that can be converted to biogas and reused as a renewable energy fuel.
