Zappos HQ - Las VegasZappos.com, Inc. Downtown Las Vegas Headquarters Certified LEED® Gold by USGBC. The US Green Business Council (USGBC) has awarded the LEED Gold certification for Zappos new construction and major renovation of its headquarters in downtown Las Vegas.

Some of the highlights for this achievement include a 25% reduction in energy use and a 57% reduction in water use against baseline conditions; low-emitting carpeting with 44% recycled content; a 75% waste diversion rate; preferred parking spaces for low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles, as well as four electric charging stations; and several other key factors.

Zappos transitioned 1500 employees to its newly renovated 300,000 square foot headquarters in September and October of 2013.
